This is my own personal experience with Thomas DiCaudo. I was arrested for my second Ovi and didn’t blow. I deal with mental health issues and because of this, I felt I was arrested for the wrong reasons. With this be a second ovi offense high tier for not blowing I knew this was going to be a struggle for me. I never looked into a lawyer before but with a quick Google search I found many ovi lawyers. I called about 4 of them some costing more than Thomas DiCaudo, but Thomas made me feel the most comfortable on what we could do. After being placed with a SCRAM bracelet for my court case I already felt better not having to do jail time before then. After about 3 months, a lot of worrying, stress and concern it turns out that the court case was dismissed on the grounds that I am getting help for my mental health. The best outcome I could have ever had, along with my my drivers license returned. Thomas DiCaudo was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He even picked up my call at 8pm on a Sunday. I would recommend him to anyone!

Tom DiCaudo and Reid Yoder and Ben Sorber helped me recently when my exwife made up a fake story about me. Tom was amazing!! He worked hard and was like a rock star when he got my case completely dismissed and charge completely dropped. The whole team was very courteous and professional. All available and pretty good at getting back to you quickly. Tom and Reid worked as a great team to combat the horrible ordeal I had to go through. If you are a husband who has been wronged by your exwife, Tom is the guy you want! He has great connections and a great work ethic! Ben even got the charged expunged! Very highly recommend!!!

Tom DiCaudo represented my father on multiple DUI cases in one court date. Very flexible, easy to get ahold of, and very factual and knowledgeable. Got my father out of his DUI in the best way possible. We got very lucky with Tom, I would definitely recommend him!

I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Mr. DiCaudo. He recently represented my husband on a OVI charge. He was easy to communicate with, was extremely knowledge of the process, and paid attention to detail. He was very willing to follow whatever process benefited my husband, filing appropriate motions and investigating the facts of the case. Ultimately he negotiated a very advantageous deal, but he never made my husband feel forced to take it, and was willing to go with whatever we wanted. He is very personable, easy to talk to, and good at explaining the law in understandable terms. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for legal representation.

Tom is an exceptional lawyer! He gave me the very best advice on how to handle my OVI case and after going to trial with him at my side couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Mr.Reid Yoder Saved my life today in court. I was facing 3 years in federal prison and the judge said she planned on putting me away. But becouse of Mr.Yoders EXCELLENT Defense Strategy and commitment to see me remain free and not have my probation revoked.... he was able to get my probation modified to where I go to NA meeting weekly!!.. and i STILL get off probation the same time in 8 months!!!...
